Terms & Conditions:

Allie Glynn Photography has complete artistic control over each photo creation and the final image will not be altered after it is completed unless there is an obvious mistake. Allie Glynn Photography will contact you if your image is not workable due to low resolution etc. In this case a replacement image should be provided.

The client agrees to pay close attention to the instructions and only contact Allie if you have a relevant question.

 

Each photo creation takes time, the sooner you upload or email your image, the sooner I will get the picture completed.

The Client understands that in order for Allie Glynn Photography to run a successful business it is necessary to showcase her work on both digital and printed platforms. Allie Glynn Photography will never name the client or children on social media unless given direct permission by the client. This in mind, the client grants Allie Glynn Photography consent o use the photographs for advertising, competitions and to alter the photographs without restriction. The clients hereby release the Photographer from all liability and claims in connection with the images. If the Client would prefer to keep the photographs private please contact the Photographer before signing the contract.

The Photographer retains copyright of the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photos which the Client pays for. The Client will not have permission to sell the photos. The Client will not have permission to publish the photographs without permission from the photographer.

 

​The client will not alter images in any obvious way e.g. instagram filters. The photographer spends a lot of time perfecting the images and when they are delivered they are a representation of the Photographer's work.

 

The Client has read and understood the terms above. The Client hereby agrees to the terms of this agreement.
